All FAQs
Does my UAE company need an audit?
Most free zone companies must submit audited financial statements each year to renew their licence, and many mainland companies need audited accounts for shareholders, banks or Corporate Tax purposes. We confirm what applies to your company and licence.
Do you sign the audit report?
No. We prepare your books, statements and audit file and coordinate with an independent licensed audit firm, which issues and signs the report.
How long does audit preparation take?
When your books are up to date, preparation usually takes two to three weeks. If accounts need catching up, we schedule the clean-up first.

Your deadline. Your next step.

Pick a time that suits you. A 30-minute consultation is enough to map what applies to your business and what it will cost.
